1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website of Better Client Journey ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") at betterclientjourney.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
Better Client Journey provides digital services including but not limited to business portfolio website development, AI chatbot and agent development, SEO services, local SEO, and workflow automation (collectively, the "Services"). The specific deliverables, timelines, and costs for these Services will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement between the Company and the client.
3. Client Responsibilities
To successfully deliver our Services, we may require access to certain resources from you, including text content, images, branding guidelines, login credentials (e.g., domain registrars, hosting, social media, CRM), and timely feedback. Delays in providing these materials or feedback may impact the project timeline.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment for the Services rendered, the client will retain ownership of the final deliverables (e.g., website code, custom AI workflows, written content) explicitly created for their project, subject to any open-source licenses or third-party tool restrictions. Better Client Journey reserves the right to use the completed project as part of our portfolio and marketing materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) states otherwise.
5. Third-Party Tools & AI Technologies
Our Services heavily rely on third-party platforms, APIs, and AI models (such as LLMs provided by OpenAI, Anthropic, or others). We are not responsible for changes, downtime, or policy updates made by these third-party providers that may affect the functionality of the delivered Services. Any ongoing costs associated with these third-party tools (e.g., API usage fees, SaaS subscriptions) are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed upon.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Better Client Journey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
7. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will always post the most current version on our website. By continuing to use our Services after the changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
